Leadership failures often manifest in abandoned projects, collapsed roads, poor healthcare systems, unstable power supply, unemployment, insecurity, decaying educational facilities, and economic hardships. These conditions do not only affect physical development; they also impact the emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of citizens.
God expects leaders to serve with integrity, wisdom, justice, accountability, and compassion. Moses led Israel with humility. Nehemiah rebuilt Jerusalem through visionary leadership. Joseph managed Egypt’s resources with wisdom and foresight. Daniel served faithfully in government despite difficult political environments.

A man once inherited a large estate containing farms, roads, bridges, reservoirs, schools, and hospitals. The previous caretaker had maintained everything diligently, ensuring that all facilities functioned properly.
When the new caretaker assumed responsibility, he became consumed with personal gain. Instead of maintaining the estate, he diverted resources for selfish purposes. Roads deteriorated. Bridges weakened. Water systems failed. Schools became unusable. Hospitals lacked equipment.
The people suffered daily because of one man’s negligence.
One day, the owner of the estate returned unexpectedly. He inspected everything and discovered the devastation. The owner immediately removed the irresponsible caretaker and appointed faithful stewards who restored every damaged structure.
Within a short period, roads were repaired, schools reopened, hospitals functioned again, and prosperity returned.
This illustration mirrors many situations occurring around the world today. Infrastructure often suffers because stewardship has been compromised. Yet God remains the ultimate Owner of nations and institutions. He can remove incompetence, expose corruption, and establish righteous leadership that rebuilds what has been destroyed.
