BIBLE EXHORTATION
In Scripture, “virtue” can point to spiritual strength, grace, and divine enablement. In Luke 8:46, Jesus said, “Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me,” showing that virtue is real spiritual power. Yet, God never intends for His children to live depleted. Isaiah 40:31 declares that those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength—they shall mount up with wings as eagles.
This means no matter what you feel has been drained—strength, joy, passion, or spiritual fire—God is able to restore, refill, and renew you continually.
LONG ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a phone that is constantly used but never charged. Eventually, it shuts down—not because it is broken, but because it is empty.
Now imagine that same phone connected to a steady power source. No matter how much it is used, it remains active and strong.
In the same way, life can drain energy, passion, and focus. But when you stay connected to God, your strength is renewed and your capacity is restored. You are not meant to live empty—you are meant to be constantly refilled.
