BIBLE EXHORTATION
Sadness can come suddenly—through disappointment, loss, stress, or internal struggles. But God does not leave you in that state. Psalm 30:5 says, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning,” and Isaiah 61:3 speaks of exchanging heaviness for the garment of praise.
This means sadness is not your permanent condition. God’s plan includes restoration, joy, and emotional healing. No matter how deep it feels, it is not the end of your story.
