BIBLE EXHORTATION

Psalm 118:17 says, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Also, Isaiah 41:10 reminds you not to fear, for God is with you and will uphold you.
These verses are not a denial of what you feel—they are an anchor in the middle of it. Your life has value, even when your mind feels heavy or tired. You are not meant to carry this alone.
LONG ILLUSTRATION
Imagine someone caught in a storm at sea. The waves are high, visibility is low, and it feels like there is no direction.
But storms do not last forever. And more importantly, that person is not meant to survive it alone—there are rescue systems, lights, and people trained to help guide them back to safety.
Suicidal thoughts can feel like that storm—intense, overwhelming, and isolating. But there is always a way through, especially with support, guidance, and time. The feeling is powerful, but it is not permanent.
