In Matthew 10:16, Jesus said, “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” This applies strongly to online financial dealings. Not every offer is genuine, and not every “opportunity” is safe.

Imagine a traveler walking through a marketplace at night where many sellers are calling out. Some are genuine merchants, while others are thieves pretending to sell valuable goods. The traveler must be alert, careful, and discerning to avoid being cheated.

Now imagine another traveler who is guided by a trusted escort. The escort knows which sellers are real and which are fake. He warns, redirects, and protects the traveler from deception.

Both travelers were in the same environment, but one was exposed while the other was protected.

Online financial scams work the same way. They appear attractive, urgent, and convincing, but behind them are traps designed to steal from the unsuspecting.

But when God is your guide, He exposes hidden dangers, gives clarity, and protects your finances from destruction.
