In Psalm 121:7–8, the Bible says the Lord shall preserve you from all evil and preserve your going out and your coming in. This includes financial emergencies that come suddenly and unplanned.

Another man living in the same environment experiences the same storm but had prepared in advance. He has savings, backup resources, and a strong structure. The storm still comes, but its impact is minimal.

Both faced the same external event, but one was overwhelmed while the other was protected.

Financial emergencies often come like storms—unexpected medical bills, urgent repairs, sudden job issues, or family needs. Without preparation and divine covering, they can cause distress.

But when God is your protector, He not only helps you prepare but also sustains you during the emergency so you are not destroyed by it.
