Bible Exhortation
God is a Deliverer who breaks the captivity of His people. Psalm 124:7 declares that the snare is broken and the soul escapes. Psalm 107:14 speaks of God bringing His people out of darkness and breaking their bands apart.
Jesus Christ came to proclaim liberty to the captives and freedom to the oppressed (Luke 4:18). Therefore, the believer can approach God with confidence, asking Him to destroy every genuine spiritual obstacle, break every bondage, and establish His purposes.
