Biblical Exhortation:
Beloved, do not be dismayed by the fiery darts that the enemy may hurl your way. The Word of God assures us in Ephesians 6:16 that we can “take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.” Remember that your faith in Jesus Christ is a powerful defense against every attack, seen and unseen. Stand firm in the Lord, knowing that He has given you authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Let your heart be anchored in His unfailing love and truth.
Confession:
Heavenly Father, I come before You acknowledging my dependence on Your strength and protection. I confess that at times, fear and doubt may creep in when I face spiritual battles. Forgive me for any moment I have allowed the enemy’s schemes to cause me to stumble. I declare today that You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. I renounce every agreement with the powers of darkness and I declare my allegiance solely to You. I am Your child, and no weapon formed against me shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). In the name of Jesus, Amen.

- Meditating on God’s attributes – His sovereignty, His love, His might.
- Expressing your gratitude to God for His protection and deliverance.
- Speaking forth declarations of His Lordship over your life.
Some suggested themes for praise and worship in this context could be: “Victory in Jesus,” “The Lord is my Shepherd,” “Mighty to Save,” “No Longer Slaves.”
