Bible Exhortation
Suicidal thoughts are not from God—they are attacks against your life, your purpose, and your future. God is the giver of life, not death. The Bible says in John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life…”
No matter how dark things may feel, your life still carries purpose. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds you that God has plans for you—plans filled with hope and a future. That means your story is not over.
When the mind is overwhelmed, it can feel like there is no way out. But God promises in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that He will always make a way of escape. There is always another way—always hope.
