BIBLE EXHORTATION

The Psalm demonstrates that victory does not ultimately come from human strength. When David was surrounded by trouble, he cried unto God, and God answered him.

Psalm 18:32 declares that God girds His people with strength and makes their way perfect, while verse 34 speaks of God teaching His hands to war. The chapter repeatedly points back to God as the source of victory.
