BIBLE EXHORTATION
Time is one of the most valuable resources given to man, and Scripture encourages wise use of it.
Paul the Apostle emphasized redeeming the time and using it wisely (Ephesians 5:16). Jesus Christ lived with clear purpose and fulfilled His mission without distraction (John 9:4). Nehemiah refused distractions to complete his assignment (Nehemiah 6:3).
Time wasted cannot be recovered—but time used wisely produces results.

Imagine having a full day but spending most of it on distractions—by the end, little progress is made.
Now imagine planning your day, focusing on priorities, and eliminating distractions—progress becomes visible and consistent.
“Time-wasting spirits” can represent procrastination, distractions, lack of focus, or unproductive habits. When discipline replaces distraction, results follow.
In the example of Nehemiah, focus led to completion.
Focus produces results.
