PRAYERS OF GREAT RELEASE || Deliverance by fire By Dr. D.K. Olukoya

 

Isaiah 52:2: Shake thyself from the dust: arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem:

 

loose thyself from the bands of they neck, O captive daughter of Zion.

 

Many years ago some scientists did research on how high a rat can Jump. A rat was put inside a can with fire lit under it. Some rulers were also put inside the cylinder. They started increasing the temperature of the fire. The higher the temperature, the higher the rat jumped. There was n time when they put a lid on the cylinder, the moment the rat jumped, its mashed its head on the cover.

 

After sometime, the cover was removed but because the rat had been discouraged by the cover, it refused to jump higher again despite the serious heat from the fire.

 

In this context, we see the operation of two attackers. While the rat is trying to remove itself from where it is, the other one is trying to capture it inside. This is what we call bondage.

 

A person under this kind of situation needs deliverance from the enemy who use the life of people to test his satanic weapons.

 

Pray this prayer point:

 

I withdraw fire comfort of my enemies with immediate effect, in the name of Jesus.

 

PURPOSE AND DESTINY

 

God has put in your possession the power to change your destiny for the best. There are lots of wasted lives and potentials. The greatest tragedy in life is for one’s potentials to be wasted. The person dies without his dream or vision being fulfilled.

 

The enemy is pushing some people and they have already aborted the purpose

 

of God for their lives. People are just wasting their efforts. They make effort but they do not get anywhere.

 

We all know our positions (on earth), but how many of us know why we are here on earth? This is what you must know and pursue with all your might, otherwise you will be caged. This does not bother God: if the adults fail God, He will wait for their children, as He did with the Israelites.

 

Pray this prayer point with holy madness;

 

I refuse to be replaced by the Almighty, in the name of Jesus.

 

THE ENEMY INSIDE – STRONGHOLDS

 

You can ask yourself this question. How do people get into powerful bondage?

 

The greatest enemy of the entire mankind is the enemy inside the camp. The day you paralyse and neutralise these enemies, your destiny will change for the best.

 

There was an old king and a young king. The young king insulted the old king who decided to discipline him by cutting off his head. One morning the old king said to the young king that he would give him one chance and see if he could pass a test. He told him that he would take a glass of water filled to the brim from his palace to the marketplace and back to his palace without a drop being spilled.

 

The old man then lined up people on both sides of the road that the young king would pass. Those on the right side were to be praising him while the others on the left side were to be abusing him. The young king went to the market and came back without a single drop of the water falling to the ground.

 

When he got to the palace, the old king asked him how he did it. He said, “I just focussed my attention on the water. I refused to listen to people at both sides of the route.”

 

The praise-singers wanted him to be puffed up while the abusers were to get him angry. In both ways he could have lost his life. He ignored them and concentrated on his task. We should emulate his example.

 

In school we had one stubborn guy. While we all feared being beaten with strokes of the cane, he could receive six strokes without moving an inch. This used to bother and surprise me. We noticed then that whenever we were on break this boy would lock himself up in the toilet crying while all of us had forgotten our punishment. He looked bold publicly but he cried secretly and eventually he became very sick. His ego which loved to be praised and hailed when he was being caned, was being used against him.

 

In the book of I Corinthians 10:4-5 the Bible says,

 

And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock

 

chat followed them: and that Rock was Chist. 3But with many of them God was

not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

 

Luke 11 :21-22 also says,

 

When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: 32But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his amour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.

 

A stronghold has been built in so many lives. What Jesus Christ described as stronghold is something that acts as a shield to the strongman. The basic question is, what is that stronghold in your life that is preventing your enemies from receiving prayer arrows?

 

I used to have another strange friend in the school who used to sit very close to me. One day, I noticed that he was busy eating something with his head inside the locker. I asked him, “What are you eating?” He said, “Shut up!” “Give me some,” I asked. He said I should shut up. After eating, he started licking something which he did throughout that day. He didn’t even go for a break.

 

The second day, his mother saw me and said, “Daniel, I hope your fiend celebrated his birthday yesterday? Because we baked cake for him and bought a packet of sweets for him to distribute in his class. I hope you got your own share?” I told her we got nothing. The mother screamed.

 

Unfortunately, before we left the school the boy had developed diabetes. It got so bad that sometimes he brought the injection to the class. The enemy in his camp was glued to him and destroyed him.

 

When a person passes through the x-ray of the machine of the enemies and they see their property inside, they will be glued to that person.

 

A woman had been married twice and then married the third time. When she was about to lose the third husband, she ran to a herbalist, who gave her a powerful juju. It was a piece of small stone which she was advised to put in her mouth and grip with her teeth anytime the husband argued with her.

 

Anytime there was trouble in the house, she would want to start talking as usual, but she would remember the instruction of the herbalist and quickly put the stone in her mouth, thereby making it impossible for her to talk, no matter how the husband might scream. This made the husband to stop harassing her. The woman ran to the herbalist to confess the power of the juju. The herbalist then told her that there was no power in it, that all he did was to help her close her mouth. The herbalist did this to her because he was able to identify the enemy in her camp.

 

WHAT IS A STRONGHOLD?

 

A stronghold is a place that is easy to defend but difficult to attack. It is a system of thought or an area of bondage within the mind or the body which encourages the enemy to attack.

 

In military language, a stronghold could be referred to as an area where the military is entrenched, a fortress. It is an area over which the Christian does not have control, an area of sin which had become a part of the persons life. It is a spiritual fortress where satan and his legions hide for protection.

 

I will tell you a secret. By the time some people get rid of 100 percent anger from their lives, they would not need to pray about breakthroughs because these will bombard them.

 

All successful deliverance and spiritual warfare must begin by removing that which defends the enemies. That is why you should confess and repent of your sins and ask for forgiveness. By doing this you remove the stronghold of the enemy. It is a pity that most people involved in spiritual warfare are actually defending the enemies. Are you defending the enemies?

 

For your prayer arrows to enter into the body of your enemy, his armoury must

 

first be removed. If you are compromising your faith, it will lead to iniquity and bondage, and you will end up defending your enemies from the arrow of judgement.

 

In a Bible school a man said he would give $1,000 to anyone who would answer a particular question correctly. The question is, where is the location of the devil, where can we find him? Some people said in the bottomless pit some said, in the second heaven, others said it is difficult to find him because he walking about, etc. The smallest boy in that meeting said, “He is in darkness.” He got it. Wherever there is spiritual darkness, there the devil will be. For lasting victory in our lives, we must defend areas of darkness in our lives. They open the door for satanic attack.

 

Somebody was caught in the church with a stolen Bible. Someone who had seen him in another church stealing the Bible took security men to the place where they sold stolen Bibles. There were so many Christians there selling and buying stolen Bibles. It is the greatest curse that can fall on a person. Sometimes I feel like crying when I go to some of the bookshops and see books marked not to be sold and yet they are being sold. The enemy is using the enemy in the camp of such people which is love of money.

 

Any darkness in our lives will be used by the enemy to attack us. Darkness is not absence of light, it means absence of God who is the only true light. For example, any wilful disobedience to the word of God is spiritual darkness and potential for demonic activities. When you harbour sin in your life, the Bible says the light in you will become darkness. And the areas we hide in darkness are the areas of future defeat.

 

The real enemy of most believers is the carnal nature. It is like that cat that was fighting his supposed enemy in the front of a mirror. It was fighting its reflection but did not know. Many of our enemies are the reflections of us.

 

Before you outline the strategy for fighting the enemy, you must make sure that the enemy is not in the inside of you.

 

God said to the devil, “You shall eat dust,” and to Adam, dust thou art.” Our canal nature is the dust. Satan feeds upon our earthly canal nature of dust. That is, whatever area of your life you withhold from God, is the breakfast of the enemy.

 

Matthew 525-26: Agree with thine adversary quickly. whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. 26Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

 

Satan is the adversary and our accuser before God, who is the judge. To agree means, if the devil accuses you of a mistake or of a sin and you know that he is right, it is advantageous that you agree with him about your sinfulness. If he accuses you of not paying your tithe and you know it is true, you better agree and make amends quickly; if it is not praying enough, you better agree on time etc.

 

SOLUTION

 

Humility is one of the greatest techniques of breaking the strongholds of the enemies. Sam hates humility because he is very proud. Whenever we observe any rebellion in our lives we must not excuse or defend ourselves rather we must admit it and make amendment. Failure to do so will place strongholds in our lives.

 

Asking for release when the enemies are being protected will be difficult. Our thoughts, opinions and attitudes, which are not in agreement with God, are defending the enemies and must be pulled down completely, then we can start praying for great release.

 

WHAT IS A PRAYERS OF GREAT RELEASE?

 

A prayer of great release pulls down strongholds. This enables the heavens to open. It is a prayer of desperation.

 

Desperation is God’s hammer. It demolishes the stronghold of fear and shatters the chains of excuse. Desperation will produce change. It is true that when your desperation exceeds your fear, progress begins. It is when our desperation removes our inhibitions that progress starts. That was what happened to the blind Bartimeaus. He did not bother about what people would say. A desperate prayer does not give any room for failure, neither does it give God an alternative.

 

KINDS OF PRAYER OF GREAT RELEASE

 

Prayers of great release are:

 

Every demonic restriction and limitation on my life, be broken, in the name of Jesus.

 

Oh Lord, let my multiplication graduate into explosion.

 

My Hamaan shall die in my place, in the name of Jesus.

 

Jeremiah 17:18has this to say:

 

Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

 

I refuse to entertain failure in my life, in the name of Jesus.

 

Any anti-progress material fixed into my life in the dream, be nullified, in the name of Jesus.

 

Every power keeping me low, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.

 

Every power tying me down, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.

 

Every power stealing good things from me, fill down and die, in the name of Jesus.

 

Every power scattering my resources and blessings, fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.

Satan has a lot of evil things planned against believers, but thank God we have more powerful weapons.
