BIBLE EXHORTATION
Fear is not from God. It is a weapon of the enemy used to paralyze, limit, and distort your perception of God’s power. Scripture makes this clear:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)
Fear weakens faith, but faith activates victory. When fear enters, it magnifies problems; when faith rises, it magnifies God. You are not called to live in fear—you are called to walk in boldness, authority, and confidence in God.
LONG ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a lion raised among sheep. Though it has the strength and nature of a lion, it behaves timidly because it has been conditioned by fear. It runs when it should roar.
One day, it sees its reflection in water and realizes its true identity. Suddenly, everything changes—it stops running and starts standing.
Fear had limited it—not lack of ability.
Many people live like that lion. Fear tells them:
- “You are not enough”
- “You will fail”
- “Don’t try”
But when you discover your identity in God, fear loses its power.
Through aggressive prayer, you silence fear and awaken boldness.
