BIBLE EXHORTATION

Jesus said in Luke 12:15:

LONG ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a man who started life with a simple job and a peaceful heart. He was content, prayerful, and full of gratitude. But as he began to see others rise in wealth, something changed in him. He began to desire “more at all costs.”
At first, it looked harmless—extra working hours, competition, ambition. But gradually, his heart shifted. He stopped praying. He stopped listening to conviction. He started cutting corners, deceiving clients, and compromising values.
Years later, he had money but no peace. He had influence but no joy. His family was broken. His health deteriorated. And worst of all, he felt distant from God.
That is what greedy ambition does—it gives temporary gain but permanent loss. It builds a throne without a foundation, and eventually it collapses.
But there is restoration in Christ. When a man returns to God, He realigns destiny, purifies motives, and restores true purpose.
