Prophetic Illustration
Before the fire of God fell on Mount Carmel, Elijah first repaired the broken altar of the Lord. When the altar was restored and the sacrifice was presented in faith, the Lord answered with fire, proving His power and calling His people back to wholehearted devotion (1 Kings 18).
