Prayer Focus

This prayer session is focused on committing children into God’s hands and praying for their destiny, education, wisdom, character, protection, purpose, opportunities and future success.

The warfare emphasis is against destructive influences, confusion, fear, harmful peer pressure, academic discouragement, negative patterns and anything that could hinder a child’s healthy development and God-given potential. Bible Exhortation

Children are a precious responsibility entrusted to parents and families. Scripture teaches that they should be raised with instruction, discipline, wisdom and the knowledge of God.

Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

God also gives wisdom to those who ask Him.

James 1:5: “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally.”

Prophetic Illustration

Consider a young tree planted in fertile soil. Its future growth is not always visible when it is still small, but with proper nourishment, protection, sunlight and care, it can eventually become a strong and fruitful tree.

Spiritual Symptoms

These signs may indicate that a child needs increased prayer, guidance, encouragement, educational support or professional help:
