50 MFM Restoration Prayer Points for Broken Hearts, Lost Love and Relationship Healing
Prayer Focus
This prayer session is focused on healing broken hearts, recovering emotional stability, overcoming the pain of lost love, restoring healthy relationships where restoration is appropriate, receiving grace to forgive, breaking destructive relational patterns, and surrendering every relationship to the will and wisdom of God.
We engage in spiritual warfare against bitterness, unforgiveness, resentment, fear, confusion, unhealthy attachment, destructive communication, emotional bondage, jealousy, manipulation, and every influence that works against wholesome, Christ-centered relationships.
These prayers seek restoration that is healthy, mutual, peaceful, truthful, and consistent with God’s will—not coercion or control over another person’s choices.
Bible Exhortation
God cares about the condition of the human heart. When relationships break, the resulting pain can be deep, but heartbreak does not mean that a person’s future has ended.
Psalm 147:3 declares that God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Isaiah 61:1 speaks of God’s ministry to those who are brokenhearted. Scripture also teaches believers to forgive, pursue peace, walk in love, and trust God with their future.
Sometimes restoration means reconciliation with another person. At other times, God’s restoration means healing the heart, releasing the past, rebuilding healthy boundaries, restoring self-worth, and preparing the way for a healthier relationship.
Therefore, pray with faith, but surrender the outcome to God’s wisdom.
Prophetic Illustration
Imagine a beautiful vessel that has fallen and broken into many pieces. The owner does not throw it away. The broken pieces are carefully gathered, repaired, strengthened, and transformed into something useful again.
In the same way, a broken heart can be healed.
God can take memories that once produced tears and transform them into testimonies. He can turn rejection into renewed confidence, bitterness into forgiveness, confusion into wisdom, and emotional pain into maturity.
Where reconciliation is healthy and mutually desired, God can open a path toward healing. Where a relationship should not be restored, God can still restore the person who was wounded and lead them into a healthier future.

Confession
I confess that God is near to the brokenhearted. I confess that heartbreak will not destroy my future. I confess that rejection will not define my identity. I confess that God is healing my emotions, renewing my mind, restoring my peace, and strengthening my heart.
I release bitterness, resentment, revenge, unhealthy attachment, fear, and unforgiveness. I surrender every relationship into the hands of God. Where reconciliation is His will and is healthy and mutual, let the way be opened. Where separation is necessary for my good, give me grace to accept it and move forward.
