BIBLE EXHORTATION
Teaching is more than standing before a classroom and explaining lessons. The Bible says:

This is a powerful promise for every teacher. God does not merely give strength once; He renews strength.
There may be days when a teacher enters the classroom tired, discouraged, misunderstood, or overwhelmed. Yet God can provide strength beyond natural ability.
The strength required for the school year does not have to come entirely from human energy. God can strengthen the mind, renew the body, restore emotional stability, increase patience, sharpen understanding, and give grace to continue.
The enemy may try to use exhaustion, frustration, discouragement, conflict, disappointment, fear, pressure, and confusion to weaken a teacher. But the believer does not fight these battles helplessly.
Ephesians 6:10 declares:
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”

PROPHETIC ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a teacher standing before a classroom at the beginning of a long school day.
The teacher has prepared lessons, checked assignments, answered questions, corrected mistakes, handled difficult students, attended meetings, and still has more responsibilities waiting.
At the beginning of the day, the teacher may feel strong. But as the hours pass, the natural strength begins to decrease.

The teacher who was becoming confused receives wisdom.

This is the picture of Isaiah 40:31.
The eagle does not survive by constantly flapping its wings. It rises by taking advantage of the wind.
In the same way, a teacher should not attempt to carry the entire burden of the school year through human strength alone.
The grace of God is the wind beneath the wings.

Isaiah 40:28–31
“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

BIBLE CONFESSION
I confess that the Lord is my strength. I refuse to operate by human strength alone. I receive fresh strength for every responsibility assigned to me. I will not faint, I will not collapse, and I will not be overcome by pressure.

SPIRITUAL SYMPTOMS THAT MAY INDICATE THE NEED FOR RENEWED STRENGTH
These are not necessarily signs of spiritual failure. They can be warnings that a person needs rest, prayer, support, and renewed strength.
- Persistent discouragement.
- Loss of enthusiasm for teaching.
