📖 BIBLE EXHORTATION
Fear is one of the most effective ways of making a person retreat from what God has called them to do.
But Scripture repeatedly commands God’s people:
“Fear thou not.” — Isaiah 41:10
The reason God tells us not to fear is not because difficult circumstances never arise. It is because God is with us in the midst of them.
David declared in Psalm 23:4:
“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.”
Notice that David did not say there would never be a valley.
He declared that the presence of God would be greater than the terror of the valley.
Jesus also said in John 14:27:

🔥 PROPHETIC ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a lion standing in front of a small animal.
The lion’s roar is terrifying.
The sound alone can cause the smaller animal to freeze.
But now imagine the same scene with a powerful protector standing beside the smaller animal.
The roar has not necessarily become quieter.
The difference is that the smaller animal is no longer alone.
