Exhortation

Pneumonia is a severe respiratory illness that can weaken the body and cause great discomfort. However, our God is the Great Physician, and there is no sickness beyond His power to heal. The Bible assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.” No matter the intensity of the affliction, God’s healing power is ever-present and effective.

Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross. His sacrifice has secured our healing. Therefore, as we pray today, let us believe in His healing power, renounce every attack of the enemy, and command pneumonia to bow to the name of Jesus.

  1. Thank You, Lord, because You are the Balm of Gilead.
  2. I praise You, O Lord, for You are the God that heals all diseases.
  3. Thank You, Jesus, for the victory You have given me over sickness.
  4. I worship You, Jehovah Rapha, my Healer.
  5. Lord, You are my refuge and fortress; I put my trust in You.

Confession

Isaiah 53:5 – “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes, we are healed.”

I declare that I am healed by the stripes of Jesus. Pneumonia has no power over my body. My lungs, chest, and respiratory system receive divine healing now. I reject every arrow of infirmity, and I decree that my body functions in perfect health. I shall not be a victim of affliction, for I dwell under the shadow of the Almighty. The breath of the Almighty gives me life, and I receive divine restoration in Jesus’ name.

Exodus 15:26 – “If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.”
