BIBLE EXHORTATION

Psalm 12 describes a world where truth appears scarce and deceptive speech is abundant. The Psalmist cries to God because faithful people seem to disappear while flattering lips, proud tongues, and deceitful words multiply.

But the Psalm gives a powerful contrast: human words may be deceptive, but the words of the Lord are pure.

Psalm 12:3–4 speaks of proud tongues that boast about their ability to manipulate, while Psalm 12:5 declares that God Himself will arise because of the oppression and groaning of His people.

The believer therefore does not need to answer every false voice with human retaliation. God sees the truth, knows the heart, and is able to vindicate His people.

These prayers therefore call for divine intervention against lies, deception, manipulation, false accusations, and destructive speech, while asking God to establish truth and righteousness.

SPIRITUAL SYMPTOMS
