Bible Exhortation
God is near to those whose hearts are broken and He gives strength to those who feel overwhelmed. Scripture teaches that God can renew the mind, restore peace, strengthen the weary, and provide comfort in times of trouble.
Mental and emotional struggles should not be faced in isolation. Prayer can be joined with wise support, compassionate community, pastoral care, and appropriate professional help. God is able to work through many forms of support while bringing hope and restoration.
Do not allow fear, shame, despair, or condemnation to convince you that restoration is impossible. Continue to seek God, receive His truth, and take each day one step at a time.
