When Jesus encountered the man possessed by a legion of demons in Mark 5, He demonstrated His authority over every kingdom of darkness. The demons recognized His superior power and could not resist His command. This same authority has been given to believers through the finished work of Christ.
An evil altar is any satanic platform where sacrifices, covenants, incantations, and demonic transactions are activated against a person’s destiny. Evil altars can speak negativity into a person’s life until they are dismantled through aggressive prayer, repentance, holiness, and the power of the blood of Jesus.
The good news is that every evil altar can be destroyed. Gideon was instructed by God to pull down the altar of Baal before he could enter into his divine assignment (Judges 6:25-26).
