There was a believer who constantly experienced strange oppression every night. Whenever it was time to sleep, fear would suddenly arise. During the day, the person struggled with confusion, delay, weakness, and loss of spiritual passion.
Medical tests showed nothing unusual, yet the oppression continued. One night, after serious fasting and midnight prayers, the believer cried unto God with aggressive faith. They began to worship God loudly and declare Scriptures concerning divine protection.
As prayers intensified, the Holy Spirit revealed that the enemy had been using fear, sin, spiritual carelessness, and prayerlessness as open doors for night oppression. The believer repented, destroyed ungodly materials, restored spiritual discipline, and continued midnight warfare prayers consistently.
Within days, the nightmares stopped. Fear disappeared. Peace returned. Divine strength increased. Opportunities began opening. Spiritual boldness returned. The same nights that once carried oppression became nights of divine encounters and heavenly visitation.
This teaches us that darkness only prevails where spiritual fire is absent. When believers arise in aggressive warfare, the enemy flees.
