The God we serve is a God of protection, defense, preservation, and deliverance. Throughout Scripture, whenever wicked men rose against God’s people, the Lord arose as their shield and refuge. One of the greatest weapons of the enemy in these last days is violence. The devil sponsors bloodshed, fear, terror, kidnapping, robbery, and destruction. His assignment is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But Jesus Christ came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
God never intended His children to live in fear. Fear is a prison. Fear paralyzes faith. Fear opens doors to oppression. Whenever darkness increases, God expects His people to rise in prayer and spiritual warfare.
The midnight hour is a strategic time of battle. Paul and Silas prayed at midnight and heaven intervened (Acts 16:25-26). Midnight prayers are powerful because many demonic operations are programmed during dark hours. Evil planners often work under the cover of darkness, but the God who neither sleeps nor slumbers watches over His people.
As believers, we are called to stand as watchmen over our homes, communities, cities, and nations. We are not fighting against flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness that sponsors violence and insecurity.
Tonight, as you engage these warfare prayers, every evil network sponsoring armed robbery, kidnapping, terrorism, banditry, and violence around your life shall be exposed and dismantled by the fire of God.

PROPHETIC ILLUSTRATION (Warfare)
There was a village constantly attacked by armed raiders. The people lived in fear. Every night they slept with one eye open because nobody knew when the next attack would happen.
Among them was an elderly believer who trusted completely in God. While others spent their nights worrying, he spent his nights praying.
One night, intelligence reports confirmed that a heavily armed group was approaching the village.
The old man gathered a few believers and instructed them to engage in midnight warfare prayers.
As they prayed, they asked God to send His angels ahead of every enemy.
According to testimonies later obtained, the criminals reported seeing strange warriors surrounding the village. Some claimed they saw pillars of fire. Others became confused and turned against one another. Their operation failed completely.
The villagers woke up the next morning unharmed.
This story reflects what happened repeatedly in Scripture. When Elisha was surrounded by enemies, God opened the eyes of his servant and he saw horses and chariots of fire surrounding them (2 Kings 6:16-17).
The lesson is simple:
When believers pray, heaven responds.
What physical security cannot accomplish, divine security can accomplish.
What human strength cannot stop, divine intervention can stop.
Tonight, every invisible army assigned to protect you shall arise in Jesus’ name.
