Whenever evil thoughts came, he resisted them immediately with Scripture.
Gradually, the darkness began to break. Fear disappeared. Lustful imaginations weakened. Peace returned. His spiritual sensitivity increased. His prayer life became powerful again. The same person who once battled mental torment became a vessel of encouragement to others.
