Bible Exhortation
A dry season can feel like a time when nothing is working—prayers seem unanswered, efforts yield little result, and joy feels distant. Yet Scripture shows that God is able to turn dryness into fruitfulness. Psalm 107:35 says He turns the wilderness into a standing water and dry ground into springs.
While God may allow seasons of testing, prolonged dryness is not your portion. He is the God of renewal, restoration, and refreshing. When His Spirit moves, dryness gives way to abundance, and barrenness becomes fruitfulness.
You are stepping out of every dry season into a season of overflow.
Long Illustration
Imagine a piece of land that has not received rain for a long time. The soil is cracked, plants are withered, and nothing seems to grow. It appears lifeless.
Then suddenly, the rain begins to fall. At first, it seems small, but gradually the ground softens. Seeds that were buried begin to sprout. Life returns. Green replaces dryness.
That is how God works in your life. Even if things have seemed dry and unproductive, the rain of His Spirit is coming upon you. What looked dead will come alive again.
