Bible Exhortation
God’s intention is not just to bless you, but to establish and preserve your blessings. The pattern of gaining something and then suddenly losing it is not from God. Scripture declares in Proverbs 10:22, “The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and He addeth no sorrow with it.”
Sudden loss after gain can come through carelessness, negative influences, or unseen attacks. But God is your Preserver. In Psalm 121:7–8, He promises to keep you from all evil and preserve your going out and coming in.
You are not ordained to gather and lose—you are ordained to gather and keep, multiply, and enjoy.
Long Illustration
Imagine someone who works hard, saves money, builds something valuable—and suddenly loses everything overnight. The pain is not just the loss, but the suddenness of it.
Now imagine that same person having strong security, wisdom, and protection around their resources. What they gain is preserved and even multiplied.
That is how God wants your life to be—no sudden loss, no reversal, only sustained increase.
