BIBLE EXHORTATION
Scripture reveals that a person’s “glory” can represent purpose, light, influence, and visible impact—and it is meant to shine, not be hidden.
Moses carried visible glory after encountering God (Exodus 34:29–30). Bartimaeus refused to be silenced and stepped into visibility (Mark 10:46–52). Jesus Christ declared that light is not meant to be hidden (Matthew 5:14–16).
Your potential is meant to be expressed, not suppressed.
LONG ILLUSTRATION
Imagine a bright light covered with layers of cloth—no matter how powerful it is, its impact is reduced because it is hidden.
Now imagine removing the coverings—the same light suddenly illuminates everything around it.
“Glory covering” can represent fear, limitation, lack of opportunity, or anything that hides your abilities and potential. Once removed, visibility, recognition, and progress increase.
In the case of Bartimaeus, persistence led to visibility and transformation.
What is uncovered begins to shine.
