1. Bible Exhortation
God has deposited gifts, talents, and abilities inside you for a purpose. These potentials are meant to be developed, expressed, and impactful.
In Matthew 25:14–30 (the Parable of the Talents), the servant who hid his talent was rebuked—not because he lacked ability, but because he failed to use and manifest it.
Also, 2 Timothy 1:6 says, “Stir up the gift of God, which is in thee…”—meaning your potential must be activated, not buried.
Hidden potential suppression may show as:
