Exhortation:

Listen, friend, life throws curveballs, no doubt. You might feel that knot of fear tightening in your stomach, that whisper of doubt trying to take root in your heart. But here’s the thing: you’re stronger than that feeling. You’ve got a power within you, a resilience that’s been there all along. Don’t let fear call the shots. Instead, step into the truth of who you are – someone capable, loved, and held. You’ve got this.

Confession:

Heavenly Father, sometimes fear feels so real, so overwhelming. I confess that I’ve allowed its shadow to dim my light, to hold me back from stepping into all that you have for me. I’ve let worries cloud my judgment and anxieties steal my peace. Forgive me for the times I’ve given fear more power than your love. I choose now to release its grip and embrace your perfect peace. In Jesus name, Amen.

Scripture Reading:

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

Let that sink in. It’s not from God. You’ve been equipped with power, love, and a clear mind.
