Bible Exhortation

God never designed you to live under emotional weight, sorrow, or spiritual heaviness. Isaiah 61:3 declares that He gives “the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” This means that no matter how deep the burden feels, God has already provided a way out through His presence.

Heaviness can manifest as sadness, discouragement, depression, or loss of motivation. It drains strength and clouds vision. But God’s joy is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). As you turn to Him in praise, prayer, and faith, every weight begins to lift. The Holy Spirit fills your heart with light, peace, and renewed strength.
