Heavenly Father, I come before you today acknowledging that I have allowed the spirit of heaviness and the tendency to oversleep to hinder me. I confess that there have been times when I have prioritized comfort over purpose, and sleep over seeking your face. I recognize that this has sometimes caused me to miss opportunities and has not honored you fully. Forgive me, Lord, for every time I have given in to the urge to oversleep and for any negative impact it has had on my life and my walk with you. I renounce every agreement I have made with the spirit of slumber and declare that today, I choose to be awake, alert, and ready for all that you have for me, in Jesus name, Amen.
