I declare that excellence shall arise in production. I declare that responsible investment shall increase. I declare that infrastructure shall improve. I declare that skills shall increase. I declare that research shall increase. I declare that productive employment shall increase. I declare that economic diversification shall increase. I declare that Africa shall increasingly capture greater value from its own resources through responsible production and value addition. I declare that corruption, resource theft, destructive exploitation, technological stagnation, and industrial weakness shall not have the final word. I declare that Africa shall increasingly become more economically resilient, productive, innovative, industrially capable, and self-reliant while maintaining responsible international cooperation and trade. I declare that the work of African hands shall produce lasting value and that the continent’s natural resources shall increasingly contribute to dignified employment, innovation, infrastructure, community development, and responsible prosperity, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

O God that answereth by fire, arise over Africa; release the wisdom to transform resources into value, the technology to transform ideas into products, the skills to transform potential into productivity, and the courage to build industries that will create jobs and strengthen economies; let Africa arise into greater economic resilience, productive capacity, innovation, and responsible prosperity, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
