BIBLE EXHORTATION

PROPHETIC ILLUSTRATION

Imagine a small lamp burning in the middle of a dark room. The darkness may surround the lamp, but darkness cannot overpower light. The moment the light shines, darkness loses its authority over that space.

In the same way, a child of God may sometimes feel surrounded by opposition, confusion, hostility, fear, or pressure. It may seem as though many forces are rising at once. But the presence of opposition does not mean the absence of God.

David faced enemies who gathered against him, but he discovered that the Lord was his shield. The Israelites stood before the Red Sea with enemies behind them, yet God made a way where there appeared to be no way.

Therefore, when you pray, remember this: you are not fighting to make God victorious. You are standing in faith because God is already Lord over every power, every storm, every evil counsel, and every force that opposes His will.

CONFESSION OF FAITH

I belong to Jesus Christ, and I am covered by the mercy and grace of God. I refuse to live in fear of evil gatherings, wicked conspiracies, raging opposition, or spiritual intimidation. The Lord is my light and my salvation; therefore, I will not fear.

No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Every evil counsel against my life is frustrated. Every destructive plan contrary to God’s will is overturned. I am hidden in Christ and protected by the power of God.
