Imagine a city as a carefully designed garden. Each pathway, water source, and planting space is arranged to ensure growth, beauty, and accessibility. When properly planned, the garden flourishes—plants receive sunlight, water flows correctly, and people can move freely.

But if the garden is neglected—paths blocked, water misdirected, and plants overcrowded—it becomes chaotic. Growth is stunted, movement is difficult, and the beauty is lost.
