Title: My Body System, Receive Strength and Vitality

Exhortation

The human body is God’s creation, designed to function in divine health, strength, and vitality. As believers, we are called to honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). No matter the challenges we face—weakness, illness, or fatigue—the power of God is sufficient to restore us. Through prayer, faith, and confession of the Word, we can activate divine strength and vitality in our bodies. Let us trust in the God who renews our youth like the eagle (Psalm 103:5) and declare health and wholeness over every system in our bodies.

Praise and Worship

1. Sing songs that declare God’s power over sickness and His ability to renew strength (e.g., “You Are the Lord That Healeth Me”).
2. Offer thanksgiving for the gift of life and divine health.
3. Worship God as the Creator and Sustainer of your body, soul, and spirit.
4. Declare His greatness with songs like “How Great Is Our God” and “Great Are You Lord.”

Confession

“I confess that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Every organ, tissue, and cell in my body receives divine strength and vitality. My health is restored, my strength is renewed, and my energy is revived by the power of God. I decree that every weakness, sickness, and infirmity in my body is uprooted by the fire of the Holy Ghost. I walk in divine health, and I declare that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed, and my body system aligns with God’s perfect will for my life. Amen!”
